Hertfordshire County County (HCC) has notified upcoming works taking place in the area:

Location: A507 Baldock Road, Cottered outside How Green Farm
Dates: 8PM 21 January 2024 to 5AM 22 January 2024
Traffic Management: Road Closure

Description: Affinity Water repair/replacement works

Affinity Water originally requested a 3 day road closure however HCC  has managed to condense the programme down to 1 night shift to reduce disruption to residents. Substantial TM signage will be in place to direct motorists to the correct diversion route to try and deter traffic from using Throcking as an unauthorised diversion route.
